Researchers

During the 2018 WPTC congress, a roundtable was organized so that tomato growers and processors could share their current research needs with scientists. One of the outcomes of the discussion was the need to develop and maintained a database of who-is-who in tomato research which can be used by anyone working in the sector to identify who is an expert on a specific topic to solve a practical issue (how to tackle a pest, how to apply a new technology, where to get a specific analysis done…) and also for researchers to identify who they could collaborate with and invite to join international research consortium.
The database was funded by WPTC and launched in February 2019.

You can use our search facility to search by name, organisation, location or by specific keywords with the FILTER option.

If you are a researcher working on tomatoes for processing you can get listed by creating a PERSONAL ACCOUNT at MY ACCOUNT.
