Can tomato juice prevent blood clots?

The Tomato Foundation recently completed a large-scale study of a wide range of tomato product samples from the EU and wider global industry.

The study compared levels of relevant bioactive compounds in a single ‘dose’ of a tomato supplement (Fruitflow) with levels in a single serving of a variety of tomato products (100+ samples in triplicate). The study results are compelling.
