Utilisation de méthodes d'ADN pour l'analyse des jus de fruits, des purées et des concentrés.

La commission des méthodes d'analyse de l'IFU (Association Internationale des Jus de Fruits et Légumes) a approuvé une nouvelle recommandation, rédigée par le Dr David Hammond, sur l'utilisation des méthodes fondées sur l'ADN pour l'analyse de l'authenticité des jus.
