Description
IFU is the dedicated international fruit and vegetable juice association bringing together members of the juice community. It promotes collaboration and best practice through active commissions such as legislation, methods of analysis and science & technology. The Legislation Commission represents the juice community as an NGO at Codex Alimentarius (the only NGO to represent the worldwide juice industry at in Codex, which is a unique status). We monitor the relevant activities of the WHO, WTO and WCO.

IFU methods are recognized by Codex for juice analysis and are therefore used by the juice community worldwide to ensure safety and quality throughout the supply chain, from farm to glass.
