Californie : situation de campagne au 14 juillet, projection au 21 juillet

Les livraisons de tomates en Californie progressent. Pour cette deuxième semaine de livraisons (semaine 28, close le 14 juillet 2018), le Processing Tomato Advisory Board projette 256 000 tonnes courtes (sT) (232 200 tonnes métriques). Bien que le rythme de la récolte commence à s'accélérer, les quantités livrées restent inférieures de 107 220 sT (79 200 mT) aux livraisons de l'année dernière. On estime que 724 400 sT supplémentaires (657 100 mT) seront récoltées d'ici la fin de la semaine 29 (le 21 juillet), ce qui porterait le total récolté à 989 200 sT (897 300 mT).
