Navatta Group applies the “ready to use” automatic aseptic bags loader on aseptic fillers
Some years ago Navatta Group already patented the automatic aseptic bags’ loading systems to fillers, without the need of operator intervention.
"Ready to use" AUTOMATIC LOADER is easily and quickly installed on the filler. During filling of small bags, the filling head remains in a fixed position.
In the picture one of those systems is applied to a single head aseptic filler, thus having it to work in a semi-automatic way (with operator) with bags in drum 220 l or in full automatic way WITH THE LOADER WEBZERO for 20-10-5 liters bags, where no operator needed.
Operations to connect the WebZero kit:
The kit is lifted by forklift and positioned on the idle roller conveyor of the filler;
The operator pushes the kit manually against the filling head, centering it by special conical pins. Once the kit is coupled to the head, mechanical anchoring between the kit and head is ensured by a pair of knobs;
The operator then connects the electrical plugs, the steam and air tubes;
The operator selects on the filler panel the web mode and the filling of the WEB small bags can start.
The bags format can be changed by electronical selection and the quantity of filled product is consequently managed accordingly.
It is always possible to fill also 220 liter bags, just uncoupling the WebZero and leaving it nearby on the roller conveyor.
Container of empty bags (cardboard or bins) can be placed on the floor a few meters away from the machine or indifferently placed high above the WebZero structure itself.
Composition:
- Bags loading / spout pre-sterilizing tunnel
- Sterilizing solution unit
- Inclined lower roller conveyor to support the bag being filled with pad to ‘close’ the lower part of the spout when uncorking / capping phases take place, that in order to prevent sterile air inside the head to enter into the bag.
- Exit belt for full bags conveying them outside the machine encumbrance, allowing their manual handling or an additional conveyor belt.
