Tomato News, in partnership with Kagome is organising an online webinar on Wednesday 28 July 2021 at 15:00 CEST (22:00 JST) to present the CropScope service and artificial intelligence/data driven farming trends.

CropScope consists of a service that uses sensors and satellite photographs to visualize the growth status of tomatoes, as well as a service that provides farming advice using artificial intellingence (AI). The AI capitalizes on a wealth of know-how from experienced cultivators, enabling it to provide guidance on the optimum amount of water, fertilizer and the best time to apply them. This platform enables tomato producers, regardless of skill level, to stabilize their harvests and reduce cultivation costs, while implementing environmentally friendly farming.

Guests from AgriTech companies and researchers will discuss advantages and challenges of AI/data driven farming during a panel session.

Attendance to this two-hour webinar is free but requires pre-registration here
