With this type of activity we aim to promote its consumption even more by further increasing the market share in the four target countries. The domestic consumption trend is also growing but we know that the challenge of the future will be to promote organic production among younger consumers by focusing on very specific drivers, including trust in certification processes with a consequent increase in sales, which in turn would generate a desirable reduction in costs. It will therefore be essential to implement, also with the involvement of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty, and Forestry, support actions aimed at developing increasingly aware consumption”.
