The company Navatta, founded by Mr. Giuseppe Navatta in 1983, produces and installs fruit and vegetable processing lines and boasts references across the globe.

NAVATTA, THE GLOBAL SUPPLIER OF INTEGRATED FRUIT & VEGETABLES PROCESSING EQUIPMENT AND LINES, PROVIDING WELL PROVEN AND INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS FOR A FULL RANGE OF PLANTS also thanks to the numerous companies’ acquisitions over the years, such as Dall’ Argine e Ghiretti in 2001, a 40–year-old company world famous for rotary can pasteurizers and tomato pulping lines; Mova, in 2010, with extensive experience in bins handling, bins and drums emptying, palletizers and de-palletizers, washing systems; Metro International, in 2012, leader in fruit and vegetables processing, boasting international patents for juice and puree extraction, concentration plants and thermal treatment; Ghizzoni  Ettore, in 2012, specialized in special batch plants for ketchup, sauces and jams.

MANUFACTURING RANGE

NAVATTA GROUP manufactures and commissions Processing Lines, Systems, Equipment for Fruit, Tomato, Vegetables for:

• Peeled / diced / crushed tomatoes, tomato sauces and purees, tomato paste, all filled into any kind of package or in aseptic;
• Diced, puree, juices (single strength or concentrated) from Mediterranean / tropical fruit, all filled into any kind of package or in aseptic;
• Fruit crushing lines from IQF, frozen blocks and frozen drums
• High yield PATENTED fruit puree cold extraction, fruit purees / juices equalized in aseptic.
• Wide range of evaporators to produce tomato paste Mediterranean and tropical fruit concentrate.
• Aseptic sterilizers
  • Aseptic fillers for spout bags/ spout-less Bag-in-Box 3 – 20 liters, Bag-in-Drum 220 liters, Bin-in-Box / IBCs 1.000 – 1.500 liters;
  •  “all-in-one” pasteurizer / cooler spirals
• Formulated products productions (jam, ketchup, sauces, drinks) starting from components unloading to dosing, mixing, mechanical / thermal stabilizing, to filling into any kind of package or into aseptic;
• Processing pilot plants;
• Vegetable processing as receiving, rehydration, cooking, grilling

Navatta Group’s headquarter and the two production units are located in Pilastro di Langhirano, Parma, with a total production area of 10,000 square meters. A new area of 10,000 square meters has recently been purchased and is ready for the third processing unit to be built. NAVATTA, IL FORNITORE GLOBALE DI IMPIANTI E LINEE INTEGRATE PER LA LAVORAZIONE DI FRUTTA E VERDURA, CHE FORNISCE SOLUZIONI COLLAUDATE ED INNOVATIVE PER UNA COMPLETA GAMMA DI IMPIANTI anche grazie alle numerose acquisizioni nel corso degli anni, come Dall' Argine e Ghiretti, nel 2001, un’azienda presente sul mercato da più di 40 anni  famosa in tutto il mondo per la produzione di pastorizzatori a scatola rotante e linee per la produzione di polpa di pomodoro; Mova, nel 2010, con una vasta esperienza nella movimentazione di fusti, svuotamento di cassoni e fusti, pallettizzatori e de-pallettizzatori, sistemi di lavaggio; Metro International, nel 2012, leader nella lavorazione di frutta e verdura, che vanta brevetti internazionali per l’estrazione del succo e della purea, impianti di concentrazione e trattamento termico; Ghizzoni Ettore, nel 2012, specializzata in impianti a batch per ketchup, salse e marmellate.

GAMMA DI PRODUZIONE

Navatta Group produce e realizza linee di processo, sistemi, apparecchiature per la frutta, pomodoro, verdure per:

• pomodoro pelato / cubettato / pomodoro triturato, salse e puree, concentrato di pomodoro, riempiti in tutti i tipi di confezione o in asettico;
• frutta in pezzi, puree, succhi di frutta (purea naturale o concentrata) da frutta Mediterranea / frutta tropicale, confezionata in ogni tipo di confezione o in asettico;
• line di triturazione frutta da IQF, da blocchi surgelati e da frutta surgelata in bidone
• estrazione a freddo ad alto rendimento BREVETTATA, puree di frutta / succhi di frutta equalizzati in asettico.
• Ampia gamma di evaporatori per la produzione di concentrato di pomodoro e purea naturale e concentrata di frutta mediterranea e tropicale.
• sterilizzatori asettici
  • riempitrici asettiche per bag in box con bocchello o senza bocchello; Bag-in-Drum da 220 litri, Bag in-Box / IBC 1.000 - 1.500 litri;
  • “all-in-one” pastorizzatori / raffreddatori a spirale
• produzione di prodotti formulati (marmellata, ketchup, salse, bevande) a partire dallo scarico della materia prima al dosaggio, miscelazione, stabilizzazione meccanica / termica per il riempimento in qualsiasi tipo di confezione o in asettico;
• impianti di trasformazione pilota;
• impianti di trasformazione di ortaggi comprendenti la ricezione, la reidratazione, cottura, grigliatura.

La sede e le due unità produttive di Navatta Group si trovano a Pilastro di Langhirano, Parma, con una superficie totale di produzione di 10.000 metri quadrati. Una nuova area di 10.000 metri quadrati è stata acquistata recentemente ed è pronta per essere edificata per la terza unità produttiva.
